2. Ownership

The machines and/or materials are sold with retention of title until full payment of the price (Article 1523 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code) in cash or upon collection of bills and/or checks issued.

3. Warranty

All our machines are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery or testing. If defects in materials or workmanship are proven during this period, the defective parts will be replaced or repaired free of charge, provided the defect is promptly declared. Repairs, if deemed under warranty, must be carried out at the supplier's premises. Damage due to overloading, improper use, and natural wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Therefore, the warranty covers the replacement of defective parts, excluding shipping, labor, and travel expenses for technical personnel. Normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty. The warranty is void if the buyer is in default of payment, if the defects are caused by force majeure, or for damage caused by incompetence, poor maintenance, abnormal use, tampering, irregularities in the electricity or fuel supply, or for repairs or replacements resulting from poor maintenance, improper use, or incompetence.
Repairs and/or replacements of defective parts carried out during the warranty period do not extend the warranty.
The supplier is expressly excluded from any obligation to compensate for direct or indirect damages.
The competent court for any dispute is the Court of Altamura.
