RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, no problem!
Returns are quick and easy. You have 14 days from delivery to return one or more products you purchased.

You can return the product directly to our store or by courier.

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the product, you will be automatically refunded.

Returns will not be accepted if we determine that the goods have been tested or used.

How do I request a return?

Send us an email to info@fornoservice.it with your invoice number and submit a return request.
Wait for the confirmation email, which will also contain instructions on how to proceed.
Prepare the package/pallet, ensuring that nothing is lost or damaged during transport.
Return or Ship
Return the product to us or send it to us by courier at your expense.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any missing or damaged parts.
FORNOSERVICE® staff will immediately notify the customer of any defects upon receipt of the goods.
Wait for your refund
We will send you your refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, as soon as we receive the product and have inspected its condition.
