FORNO SERVICE reserves 1 business day for:

sourcing the goods,

packaging,

completing administrative procedures.

To this timeframe, add the courier transit time, which varies based on the destination and the carrier used.

Delivery times do not include:

Saturdays,

Sundays,

public holidays.

How to proceed upon product delivery

To ensure efficient service, the customer is required to carefully check the condition of the packaging upon delivery.

If the packaging is damaged, accept the goods with reservations, writing the following on the delivery note:
"RECEIVED WITH RESERVATIONS - damaged package"

In the event of obvious and serious damage, refuse the goods and request that the following be written on the delivery note:
"GOODS REFUSED - damaged package"

Always verify that the number of packages indicated by the carrier corresponds.

Any complaints must be reported immediately to the courier. In the absence of any reservation or complaint, the goods are considered properly delivered.

The invoice or packing slip, inserted in the appropriate external pocket of the package, must be retained as a valid document for warranty purposes.
