Micro-perforated, non-stick silicone mat for food.

The micro-holes facilitate optimal heat distribution, allowing the dough to hold together for height and perfect cooking of the product.

The outlines drawn on the mat are a helpful guide for optimal use. Size suitable for a 60x40 cm baking pan.

Suitable for baking 2.5 x 12.5 cm éclairs, easy to use thanks to the shape already present on the sheet.

How to use it?

Place the sheet in the perforated baking tray. Place your product on the sheet in the designated spaces. Proceed to line the baking trays.

The sheet measures 60x40 cm and fits a 60x40 cm pan. There are 24 embossed eclair shapes on the sheet.
