Ideal for handling pizza by the meter or on a peel. Handle on one side, with a groove on the front, for easy handling and release of the pizza in the oven. Unlike traditional wooden boards, the use of aluminum makes the product lightweight, solid, durable, hygienic, and easy to clean.
In the perforated version, the board has holes across its entire surface, specially designed to provide low friction and discharge the flour, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza, risking burning.
