The aluminized sheet metal ensures excellent heat transmission and great strength. It is composed of 90% aluminum and 10% silicon.
The material is heavier than aluminum, retains heat better for longer cooking, such as in wood-fired ovens.

For the first use, it's recommended to blanch the pan. We recommend baking the pan at 150°C for half an hour to remove the production oil. This helps preserve the pan by preventing oxidation.
For cleaning, use a soft, oiled cloth. Washing with water and caustic solutions is not recommended to avoid rust spots.
Handcrafted product that may present small scratches or slight aesthetic imperfections in the material, which do not compromise the professional performance of the pan.
